Credits are a form of currency in Firmable. 1 credit is consumed when a phone number is viewed or a record is exported (to CSV or CRM). You can view most data within the platform without using credits.
You will roll into the paying subscription for the plan you choose at sign-up.
Yes, your plan renews automatically and your monthly or annual credits are issued automatically.
If you’re on a monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you’re on an annual subscription, you can cancel at any time but you’ll continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of your annual term. To cancel, once signed in, go to Manage account > Plans and subscriptions > Modify/Cancel > Cancel plan. We’d love the chance to say goodbye first and understand why you want to leave, so you can also contact support@firmable.com or speak to your account executive.
You’ll be able to add or remove teammates at any time, and you can also upgrade or downgrade your plan to suit your needs directly from within the platform.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. For annual subscriptions over 10 users, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.

The construction module is an add-on option offering a deeper set of construction company data including the ability to segment by industry-specific filters including org type (builder vs general contractor etc), sector (residential vs commercial etc), project specialisation, and more. It is available to customers on our Teams or Teams Pro Annual plans only for $40 extra per user after the 33% annual discount is applied.
