The challenge

With outbound as a core revenue motion across Australia and New Zealand, the Cotiss sales team needed a dependable data foundation to execute quickly and convert consistently. 

When trying to scale their ANZ sales team, they relied on a US-based data provider that struggled to provide coverage for and under-served their home markets.

The sales team relied on in-depth research before every outbound call, but the tools available were complex, time-consuming, and hard for busy AEs and SDRs to adopt. Existing automations required ongoing support, placing additional pressure on the team and slowing execution. 

Cold calling at Cotiss accounts for around 90% of customer acquisition, meaning that data quality has a direct impact on pipeline. The team therefore needed a platform that delivered accurate ANZ contact details and was easy for busy AEs and SDRs to adopt. 

The solution
